1. Order Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation Before Shipment
Customer-Initiated Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped
- To cancel, contact us immediately via email or phone
- Cancellation requests must include your order number
- Once cancelled, full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days

1.2 Cancellation After Shipment
Partial Cancellation:
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- You may refuse delivery at the time of receipt
- Return process will apply (see Section 2)
- Return shipping charges may apply
Exceptions:
- Orders dispatched cannot be cancelled
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders once out for delivery cannot be cancelled
- Orders marked "Out for Delivery" cannot be cancelled
1.3 Non-Cancellable Items
The following items cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed:
- Customized or personalized products
- Products on special discount/clearance sale
- Combo or bundled products (partial cancellation not allowed)
- Gift cards or vouchers
1.4 Order Modification
Before Shipment:
- Address changes: Allowed before dispatch
- Product changes: Subject to availability
- Quantity changes: Subject to availability and price adjustment

2. Return Policy
2.1 Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
- Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Product seal/safety seal is intact
- Product has not been consumed or tampered with
- Original invoice/receipt is included
- Product is in resalable condition
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used herbal products
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Products without original packaging
- Products past their return window (7 days)
- Intimate wellness products (once delivered)
- Products on clearance or final sale
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Free samples or promotional items
2.3 Return Process

- Include the original invoice
- Write RAN clearly on the package
- Ship to the address provided in return instructions
Step 4: Quality Check
- Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it
- Quality check takes 2-3 business days
- You'll be notified of the inspection results
Step 5: Refund Processing
- If the product passes quality check, refund will be initiated
- Refund timeline: 7-10 business days
- Refund will be credited to original payment method
2.4 Return Shipping Charges
Customer Error (Change of mind, wrong order):
- Customer bears return shipping charges
- Deducted from refund amount
Taruveda Herbals Error (Wrong/damaged product):
- We bear return shipping charges
- Prepaid return label provided
- Full refund with no deductions

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:
Credit/Debit Card:
- Credited to the same card used for purchase
- Timeline: 7-10 business days
Net Banking:
- Credited to the same bank account
- Timeline: 7-10 business days
UPI/Digital Wallets:
- Credited to the same UPI ID/wallet
- Timeline: 5-7 business days
Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Bank transfer (provide bank details)
- Timeline: 7-10 business days after bank details verification
3.4 Refund Amount
Full Refund Includes:
- Product price
- Shipping charges (if we are at fault)
- Any taxes or fees paid
Partial Refund:
- Product price only
- Shipping charges deducted (if customer error)
- Return shipping charges deducted (if customer error)
No Refund Scenarios:
- Order cancelled after delivery
- Product damaged due to customer misuse
- Non-returnable items
- Return window exceeded
- Product seal broken
3.5 Refund for Damaged/Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Immediate Action Required:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos of the damage
- Do not use or open the product (if seal intact)
Resolution Options:
- Replacement: New product shipped at no cost
- Refund: Full refund including shipping charges
- Store Credit: Credit for future purchases (higher value)
Inspection Process:
- We may request product return for inspection
- Or approve replacement/refund based on evidence provided
- Priority processing for damaged/defective items
4. Replacement Policy
4.1 When Replacement is Available
Replacements are available for:
- Damaged products (reported within 48 hours)
- Defective or expired products
- Wrong products delivered
- Missing items in order
4.2 Replacement Process

Step 3: Replacement Dispatch

- No additional charges for replacement

4.3 No Replacement Scenarios
Replacements are not available for:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Products reported after 48 hours
- Products with broken seals (unless verified manufacturing defect)
- Out-of-stock items (refund will be offered)
5. Exchange Policy
5.1 Product Exchange
Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product:
- Return the unwanted product (following return policy)
- Receive refund
- Place a new order for desired product
Note: Exchange may be considered for damaged/defective products on case-by-case basis.
6. Special Cases
6.1 Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a wrong product:

- Do not open or use the product
- We will arrange reverse pickup at no cost
- Correct product will be shipped priority
- Full refund if correct product unavailable
6.2 Missing Items
If items are missing from your order:

- Provide order details and delivery photos
- Missing items will be shipped at no cost
- Or refund provided for missing items
6.3 Duplicate Payment/Overcharging
If you were charged twice or overcharged:

- Provide payment proof

- No questions asked
6.4 Order Not Received
If you haven't received your order:
- Check tracking status first
- Contact courier partner
- If unresolved after delivery date + 3 days:

6.5 Partial Delivery
If you received only part of your order:
- Wait 24-48 hours (items may arrive separately)
- Check with building security/neighbors

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Returns
7.1 COD Refund Process
For COD orders that are returned:
- Provide bank account details
- Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, Bank Name
- Refund transferred via NEFT/IMPS
- Timeline: 7-10 business days after bank details verification
7.2 COD Cancellation
Before delivery:
- Contact courier partner to refuse delivery
- Or inform us to cancel order
- No payment required as order not yet paid
After delivery:
- Follow standard return process
- Refund via bank transfer
8. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds if:

- False damage claims

Outcome: Account suspension or legal action if fraud confirmed.

Refunds/returns may be affected by:
